Planning board attorney Gail Price told Church of God Sept. 6 it needed to “pull it together” after finding that numerous aspects of its application for two two-story additions were lacking critical information. Members and residents speculated the addition was not what it appeared and Church of God had bigger, more grandiose plans than presented.
Testimony revealed that the applicants may not have done their due diligence with the application, as architect Hector Munoz-Barris and attorney David Rutherford could not answer what the planning board said were fundamental questions, such as if there was a kitchen at the current site, or even more interestingly, who actually owned the property.
