Planning Board to Hear Church of God Ap Tonight
Also, lot subdivision ap in Willard area tonight

After something of a summer hiatus, the Ridgewood Planning Board will finally be sinking its teeth into the contentious Church of God application on Tuesday night.
Neighbors had lull, and they're expected to be out in force to protest the church's proposed expansion, which calls for two two-story additions, altered parking lot, and other changes. The last meeting, in July, was canceled after the planning board deemed the application incomplete.

Also on the docket is the Watson minor subdivision and variance approval application on Beveridge Road, where the property owners are looking to subdivide a section of their property for a future developer. Neighbors, however, say that would be a bad idea. The neighbors argue the water table is high and more development would lead to an increase in flooding, something they say is already a considerable issue.
The meeting, as always, will start at 7:30 p.m. in the Sydney Stoldt Court Room on the fourth floor of Village Hall.
