The Fanwood Police Department informed residents of road closures in the borough due to road work.
From 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, and Friday, April 10, Martine Avenue at Madison and Portland avenues will be closed due to road work being performed, according to a report from NJ.com.
Police said officers will be on the scene to assist in traffic control and shutdowns may occur throughout the day. Fanwood Police have asked motorists to avoid the area if possible.
