$10K Lottery Ticket Sold At Summit's Beechwood Cigars

The winning ticket matched four of the five white balls at Tuesday's drawing.

SUMMIT, NJ — A lucky lottery winner who purchased a ticket from Beechwood Cigars in Summit earned a $10,000 prize at Tuesday's drawing.

Two third-tier prizewinning tickers were sold at Tuesday's drawing that matched four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball drawn winning the $10,000 prize.

The other winning ticket was purchased at a Wegmans in Princeton.

In addition to the third-tier prizes won, 21 players matched four of the five white balls drawn making each ticket worth $500. Five of those tickets were purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prizes to $2,500.

In addition, 32,147 other New Jersey players took home $183,106 in prizes ranging from $2 to $1,000. The winning numbers for the Tuesday, Sept. 20, drawing were: 09, 21, 28, 30, and 52. The Gold Mega Ball was 10, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 05.

The jackpot rolls to $301 million for the next drawing to be held on Friday, Sept. 23, at 11:00 pm.

All New Jersey Lottery Mega Millions tickets must be purchased before 10:45 pm to participate in the drawing. Mega Millions tickets cost just two dollars, and by adding the Megaplier option for an extra dollar per play, players can increase their non-jackpot winnings up to five times.

Mega Millions tickets are sold in 46 participating jurisdictions. All drawings are held on Tuesdays and Fridays.
