In all, two dozen 4-H students took part in the event. They planted 5 new trees and spread protective mulch around others. The trees were provided by the Freeholder Board and County personnel assisted in digging the holes. Union County 4-H is a program of the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Union County and is supported in part by the Freeholder Board.
