Also at Tuesday's meeting, the Council will hear three resolutions from the Finance Committee — one of those being authorizing $183K to the Summit Free Public Library, via a New Jersey Library Construction Bond Grant agreement, to install a generator for the building.
The Council will also vote on a resolution to award a bid of $62K for the Storm Sewer Clean and Inspection project. This would be funded through the 2020 capital budget. According to Council President Marjorie Fox, "the sewer clean and inspection projects extend the life of Summit's storm sewer system and can prevent localized flooding issues."
Lastly, the Safety and Health Committee will introduce a resolution to declare a vacancy for a firefighter as a result of their retirement.
