The National Weather Service is calling for a chance of thunderstorms after 10 a.m. Thursday in the local area. Things look better for Friday, however, which will be the start of a beautiful summer weekend!
- Thursday: Scattered showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 10am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 85. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
- Thursday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 2am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 68. West wind around 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
- Friday: A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 2pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 85. North wind 7 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
