Free Prom Event Offered To Ocean County Teens
The event for 16- to 18-year-olds in Ocean County is sponsored by Bright Harbor Healthcare and the Nook, which helps fight food insecurity.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — Ocean County teens ages 16 to 18 are invited to a free prom event sponsored by Bright Harbor Healthcare and the Nook.
The event, "Rewrite The Night: One Night, One Community, One Prom," is set for Thursday, May 30, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Mathis House, 600 Main St., Toms River.
It is open to anyone 16 through 18 years old regardless of school or enrollment status. Space is limited and those who want to attend need to RSVP by email to thenook@brightharbor.org or scan the QR code in the flyer below.

There will be music, food, dancing and more at the event. Dress is casual or formal.
There are prom dresses available for those in need — for this event or for another event — at no cost.

The Nook is a program that is an offshoot of Bright Harbor Healthcare that works to address food insecurity in the community.
