New Toy Store Opens In Toms River’s Seacourt Pavillion
May 5 to 7 will see a weekend-long celebration at the store, with balloon animals, face painting, ice cream and character appearances.
TOMS RIVER, NJ - Toms River’s newest toy store is open for business.
Learning Express Toys & Gifts opened this week, complete with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by members of the Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce. A grand opening weekend celebration is set to take place May 5 through 7, featuring balloon animals, face painting and an ice cream truck, plus appearances from a princess and Spiderman. Customers can also take 30 percent off all purchases.
Located at the former site of AJM Sportswear in the Seacourt Pavillion, Learning Express Toys & Gifts offers educational toys, inflatables, crafts and knick-knacks for infants to 12+, according to its website. Some of its most popular bestsellers include dinosaur train race track playsets, train whistles, unicorn garden terrarium kits and launch-and-fold paper airplanes.

There are six other Learning Express stores in New Jersey; other locations include Sea Girt, Shrewsbury and Westfield.
Hours of operation for the Toms River location are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays.
