
A Toms River man is accused of dealing drugs in the township on multiple occasions.
Andre St. Louis, 21, of Fairview Drive was indicted last week by an Ocean County grand jury and accused of three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, three counts of possession with intent to distribute, and three counts of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.
St. Louis was accused of selling cocaine in Toms River on May 19, June 1 and June 21.

He was initially held on $50,000 bail but posted Dec. 5.

- John L. Williams, 46, of Toms River on eluding and weapons charges.
Williams, a convicted burglar, was arrested Jan. 6 in Manchester and accused of fleeing from Patrolman Adam Guker after the officer signaled for Williams to pull over.
When arrested, Williams allegedly had a razor blade in his possession. He also is barred from having such a weapon due to his burglary conviction in Monmouth County.
He was charged with eluding, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon by a convicted person. He was initially held on $20,000 bail but posted Feb. 8.
- Matthew E. Soucy, 21, of Fairview Drive on a resisting arrest charge.
Soucy tried to prevent a Toms River patrolman from making an arrest on Jan. 7. He is free on $2,500 bail.
- Olajuwon Brown, 19, of South Toms River and Isaac T. Brown, 22, of Greenview Way, Toms River, on a shoplifting charge.
The pair were arrested June 27 in Jackson and accused of taking a case of cigarettes worth more than $500 from WaWa. They were both released on summonses.
- Ernest Hodges, 38, of Seaside Heights on drug charges.
Hodges was arrested Aug. 31 in Toms River and accused of possessing cocaine and heroin. He was released on a summons.
- Ashley M. Massa, 21, of Barbados Drive on a theft charge.
Massa was arrested Jan. 12 and accused of stealing a pocketbook containing more than $500 from a woman in Toms River.
She was released on a summons.
