TOMS RIVER, NJ - A crash on the Garden State Parkway in Toms River has prompted commuting delays Tuesday morning, authorities said.
As of 6:48 a.m., there’s a crash on the Garden State Parkway northbound south of Toms River Toll Plaza in Toms River, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
One left lane is currently blocked, the agency said.
