I am writing to nominate Carolyn Little, a theatre arts teacher at the OCVTS Grunin Performing Arts Academy. She is a truly exceptional educator who has fostered a love of theatre in countless students and has significantly impacted the school's theatre program. Carolyn Little possesses a remarkable ability to create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment. She encourages students of all backgrounds and abilities to explore their creativity and develop their theatrical talents. She fosters a sense of courage and confidence within the classroom, where students feel comfortable taking risks, learning from their mistakes, and celebrating each other's successes. Carolyn's dedication extends beyond the classroom. She devotes countless hours directing plays, organizing fundraising events, mentoring students, and more.
