Snow Possible In Wayne Thursday, NWS Says: See Forecast
Slippery spots could develop for the evening commute, the National Weather Service said.

WAYNE, NJ — Snow showers could develop in Wayne and other parts of North Jersey on Thursday afternoon, forecasters said.
The latest National Weather Service forecast says that there is a 40 percent chance of snow showers after 4 p.m., with clouds increasing. High temperatures will be just below freezing, with wind chill values between 20 and 25 degrees.
Snow accumulation is predicted to be less than one inch, forecasters said. Any precipitation is expected to move out of the area by 10 p.m.

"While impacts are expected to be limited, some slippery spots could develop on untreated roadways and walkways for the evening commute," the National Weather Service said.
Friday will be sunny and dry, but the chance of rain and snow returns this weekend.

Thursday: A 40 percent chance of snow showers, mainly after 4pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 31. Wind chill values between 20 and 25. Calm wind becoming southwest 5 to 9 mph in the morning.
Thursday night: A 30 percent chance of snow showers before 1am. Cloudy during the early evening, then gradual clearing, with a low around 23. Calm wind.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 39. Wind chill values between 25 and 35. Calm wind becoming northwest around 6 mph in the morning.
Friday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 27. Light south wind.
Saturday: A 50 percent chance of rain after 1pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 42. South wind 5 to 8 mph.
Saturday night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 29.
Sunday: A chance of rain and snow after 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 38. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.
Sunday night: A 40 percent chance of snow before 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 17.
