I-78 Truck Fire In Union Co. Closes Lanes Friday Morning: DOT

UNION TOWNSHIP, NJ - A truck fire on I-78 in Union County has prompted commuting delays Friday morning, authorities said.

As of 5:57 a.m., there’s a truck fire on I-78 eastbound west of Exit 13 - NJ 173 in Union Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

Two right lanes are closed. There is a 10- to 15-minute delay, the agency said.
