Road Paving Project To Close East Broad Street In Westfield

WESTFIELD, NJ — East Broad Street in Westfield will be milled and repaved starting on Thursday, weather permitting, according to an announcement from the town.

Milling and repaving will begin at Springfield Avenue and work toward Town Hall. Police said East Broad Street will be subject to closure between 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This is the final phase of the East Broad Street construction.

North Euclid Avenue will also be paved by Elizabethtown Gas beginning this Thursday, weather permitting.

Residents are advised to allow for extra travel time in this area.
