UNION TOWNSHIP, NJ - A crash on the Garden State Parkway in Union Township has prompted commuting delays Thursday morning, authorities said. As of 6:40 a.m., there's a crash on the Garden State Parkway southbound south of Exit 140 - US 22/NJ 82 in Union Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. One right lane is currently blocked, the agency said.
