Westfield Elementary Schools Return To Full Day, WHS Half Days

WESTFIELD, NJ — Lincoln Early Childhood Center and all Westfield Elementary Schools will begin full-day, in-person learning on Monday, Jan. 10. Intermediate and high schools remain on an early dismissal schedule Monday and Tuesday.

Westfield Public Schools announced on Friday that Lincoln and all elementary schools will return to a full-day schedule. This announcement comes after a week of half-days that the district implemented due to the current surge in COVID-19 cases.

The new full-day schedule will include lunch, as well.

However, the Intermediate and high schools will remain on a half-day schedule on Jan. 10 and 11 before returning to full-day, in-person instruction on Wednesday, Jan. 12.
