Union County Food Pantry Opens New Location
The organization has been serving Union County since 1980.
WESTFIELD, NJ — The Westfield Food Pantry opened a location at 425 North Avenue E. on Sept. 20.
The non-profit collection agency is a no-cost distribution center for food and other aid that serves all of Union County. The group says they are able to help hundreds of families and individuals every month through referrals from social services agencies, churches, and community groups.
The organization has been serving Union County since 1980 through its affiliation with Holy Trinity RC Church. Previously, it operated out of the Holy Trinity Interparochial School at 336 First St.

The pantry says they are always in need of non-perishable goods and welcome monetary donations.
To schedule a donation drop-off, contact 908-232-2311 or email thewestfieldfoodpantry@gmail.com. The building is open from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday.
