Hospital Jobs, Donated Emergency Equipment Coming This Week
Here's a look at the week ahead in Westwood, Washington Township and Hillsdale.

HackensackUMC at Pascack Valley is holding an employment open house this week.
The hospital is , according to a hospital representative. Jobs are available in a variety of medical, technical and administrative fields.
The employment open house will take place in the hospital's lobby Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Hospital officials are asking interested applicants to bring multiple copies of their resumes.

Hillsdale to Accept Donated Equipment
The Hillsdale Council is scheduled to vote this week on a pair of ordinances to accept donated emergency equipment.
The equipment includes a communications vehicle to be used as a rehabilitation area and for equipment storage and transportation and a trailer to be used as a communications center for the borough's Office of Emergency Management during crises.

Councilman Douglas Frank previously expressed concern about the truck, which is 23 years old. The vehicle could end up needing expensive repairs, Frank said.
Fire Chief Mark Durst said the truck had already been inspected and it is in good condition, with fewer than 40,000 miles on it.
The Hillsdale Council meets in the Municipal Building Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
