Man Burglarized Offices In Westwood, Oradell, Maywood, Fort Lee

A Passaic man faces charges after authorities say he broke into several real estate and doctors' offices in Bergen and Middlesex counties.

BERGEN COUNTY,NJ- A 37-year-old Passaic man faces charges after authorities say he broke into several real estate and doctors’ offices in Bergen and Middlesex counties.

Nicholas Torres was arrested Wednesday following a three-month investigation into a series of commercial burglaries in Maywood, Fort Lee, Oradell, Westwood and Edison, all of which “appeared to share the same modus operandi,” Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

Torres was charged with four counts of burglary, three counts of theft and one count of possession of burglar’s tools. There are also pending burglary and theft charges in Middlesex County, Musella said.
