School Split Referendum, Superintendent Interviews, Child Health Clinic This Week
Here's a look at the week ahead in Westwood, Hillsdale and Washington Township.

The Westwood Regional Board of Education will hold a closed session meeting Monday to interview superintendent candidates.
A Board of Review from the New Jersey Department of Education is scheduled to meet to make a decision on whether a referendum on Woodcliff Lake's petition to withdraw from the Pascack Valley Regional School District will go to voters. The board is scheduled to meet at 2 p.m. Tuesday in 100 River View Plaza, Route 29, 1st Floor Conference Room in Trenton
Tuesday is the deadline to RSVP for the Joan D'Alessandro celebration to be held at the Westwood Elks Lodge September 7.
Blooming Hearts Gift Shop will host a cookie decorating class with chef, baker and food blogger Gwynn Galvin for teens and adults at 6 p.m. Tuesday. The class costs $10 for materials. Call (201) 497-8787 to reserve a seat.
The Hillsdale Planning Board meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in borough hall.
There will be a child health clinic at the Hillsdale Board of Health office from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday.
The Washington Township Planning Board meets at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the township municipal building. The meeting's agenda is available here.
Hillsdale's summer concert series continues this week with the Alan Quinn Band, who play songs dating from the 1940s to today. The concert starts at 8 p.m. Wednesday in Veterans Park.
