YJCC Hosting Free Mini Health Fair

Screenings and information to promote a healthier you will be available at a Mini Health Fair April 30, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Bergen County YJCC in Washington Township. The Health Fair is co-sponsored by The Valley Hospital.

Topics covered include heart health, body fat measurement, joint health, oncology information, prostate cancer education, Spine Center, Valley Home Care and the Lifeline Program, Sleep Center, Stroke Center, women’s and children’s services, mental health and depression screening, nutrition, out-patient medical rehabilitation, child development, blood pressure screening, exercise recommendations and more.

Children who attend with a parent/caregiver may learn about their own health with "Wash Away the Germs," "Cover Your Cough with Sneezy Sam," "I'm Some Organ" and "One Healthy Smile."
