Affordable Housing In Wyckoff: Special Meeting To Be Held Wednesday
How will Wyckoff respond to the new round of New Jersey affordable housing requirements? Watch the meeting with this link.

WYCKOFF, NJ — Towns and cities across New Jersey have discussed, for years, how to handle a state mandate to provide sufficient affordable housing. Last year, the state released municipal requirements for the fourth round of affordable housing, to be built from 2025 through 2035.
Wyckoff is among those responding.
The Township Committee will hold a special meeting this Wednesday at 6 p.m. to vote on adopting Affordable Housing Resolution 25-82, they said.

The town had passed a plan in 2018 to address the previous, third-round obligations (see that previous plan here).
The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. in the Second Floor Court Room at Wyckoff Town Hall, 340 Franklin Ave., in Wyckoff. Formal action will be taken, said Township Clerk Nancy Brown.
