Army Vet, Bank Manager In Wyckoff Will Oversee Veteran's Employee Resource Group
A Wyckoff branch manager for Provident Bank, who served in Operation Enduring Freedom, will serve as President of the Bank's new group.

WYCKOFF, NJ —U.S. Army veteran Joseph Chinnici, who served in Operation Enduring Freedom (Guantanamo) and is banking center manager of Provident Bank's Wyckoff Branch, will serve as President of the institution's new employee resource group for veterans.
Chinnici, who lives in Mahwah, also played a role in establishing the group, which will serve employees across the organization.
The mission of Provident Salutes, so the group will be called, is to embrace employee veterans, military family members and military advocates, while providing a platform for education and support for veterans in the workplace.

Provident Salutes, in addition, will develop and recommend programs to enrich veteran's experiences, increase awareness of veteran's contributions, expand the bank's reach with veteran and military organizations in the community, and provide networking opportunities with veterans across the organization.
“Members (of Provident Salutes)," the company's First Vice President Xavia Mitchell said, "will work together to identify topics, content, and initiatives that will support veterans and active service members throughout the organization."
