At the Wyckoff/Franklin Lakes office, Brescia was the top-performing sales associate for total listings sold, total production GCI, and buyer-controlled sales in 2022. She has been the top individual agent in the office since 1984. Her exceptional sales achievements have earned Brescia a reputation as one of the most successful and knowledgeable real estate agents in Bergen and Passaic counties.
