The Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge will hold special adoption days to celebrate "St. CATrick's Day."
The refuge, at 2 Shelter Lane, Oakland, will have special adoption fees on cats and kittens (dogs too) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 13 and 14.
