Design Review Board to Vet CHCC Expansion

The Design Review Advisory Board will hold a meeting at 7 p.m. April 21 to review the Christian Health Care Center's planned expansion project.

The center will be seeking zoning Board of Adjustment approval of its plan to expand the facility to include more independent living residences. Design Review and the Shade Tree Commission are expected to compile reports on the plan's aesthetics and landscaping, respectively, for zoning board use.

Design Review, which meets on an as-needed basis, is charged with reviewing the applicant's design specifications and project aesthetics.
