Public Meeting on Rambaut Lake

A public meeting will be held at 6 p.m. tonight at Town Hall to discuss Rambaut Lake.

While no formal action will be taken, Township Committee members will be in attendance to discuss potential solutions to litigation filed by Beekmere Inc. against the township and individual homeowners who maintain the lake and dam.

The homeowners who manage the pond face expensive construction costs to repair the dam under Department of Environmental Protection guidelines.
