Triathlon Workshop at the YMCA

Thinking of tackling a triathlon in 2010? The Wyckoff Family YMCA is planning a workshop in January for the budding triathlete.

World-class triathlete and 18-time ironman Mike Llerandi will join a panel of experts to address how to achieve your racing objectives. The workshop is designed to help first-timers as well as seasoned race veterans. It includes basic training and nutrition information, apparel options, cycling equipment and racing strategies. 

The class will be held from noon to 3 p.m. Jan. 17 at the Wyckoff Family YMCA, 691 Wyckoff Ave. Registration is $60, (two for $100) and the class is open to the public. Pre-register by calling Nancy Addis at 201-891-2081, ext. 152.
