Man, Woman Hospitalized After Rollover Crash In Wyckoff: Police

WYCKOFF, NJ — A man and woman in their 80s were hospitalized after a rollover crash Thursday on Franklin Avenue in Wyckoff, police Lt. Joseph Soto said.

The woman, 83, of Gilbertsville, was trapped and was helped out by a Franklin Lakes police officer and an off-duty Paterson firefighter. The male passenger, 88, also of Gilbertsville, got out of the car on his own, Soto said.

Both occupants were taken to an area hospital with minor injuries, police said.

The vehicle had overturned onto a property adjacent to the road and was resting on its roof, Soto said.
