Milling, Paving Of Wyckoff Roads To Continue Through September
Parents may need to make alternative plans to send their children to school on the day of paving, the township said.
WYCKOFF, NJ — Milling and paving of several Wyckoff roads will continue throughout the month of September, though the schedule is subject to change due to weather or resource availability, the township said.
Roads planned for milling on Monday are Lee Court, Fairmount Road, Sparrowbush Road and possibly Oakwood Drive. Roads planned for paving on Monday are Stratton Court to Clinton Avenue.
In addition, the following roads have been, or will be, completed: Lyons Street, Robert Court, Edison Street, Wood Street, Schlenz Court, Edgewood Avenue, Logan Lane, Cully Lane, Van Syckel Lane, Barrett Lane, Poplar Court, Dorothy Lane, West Stevens Avenue, Lavelle Court, Butternut Avenue, Dartmouth Street, Baxter Avenue, Hopper Avenue, Hill Street, John Street and Lawrence Court.

Not all roads will be completely resurfaced, the township said.
If a child uses a bus stops on any of the referenced streets, the township asks that parents make a plan for school transportation on the day of paving.

"Either utilize the next closest bus stop outside of paving limits or arrange to drive your child to school," the township said.
On the day of milling, parents and bus drivers will have access to the roadway. On the day of paving, approximately three to five days later, cars will need to be moved from the driveway prior to 7 a.m., and alternative plans will need to be made if a child rides the bus.
"We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this improvement project," the township said.
