BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Don't want to head to the DMV office for license renewals or a Real ID driver's license? Several towns, including Wyckoff, Franklin Lakes, and Glen Rock, are offering appointments to handle DMV business locally through the "mobile unit."

You won't be able to use a non-Real ID NJ Driver License in the airport after May 7, 2025, so it might be a good idea to think ahead when renewing.

The town of Wyckoff noted in a message that appointments open up 30 days before each date, and may go fast. Their upcoming mobile DMV office dates are Oct. 7 and Nov. 21, 2024. The November dates will likely open up late next month.
