Monday: Final Leaf Collection, IH Students Collecting for Charity

1. The Department of Public Works will conduct its final leaf pickup today.
Residents who have not raked their leaves to their curbs will have to bring them to the Conservation/Recycling Center on West Main Street, which is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
2. students will be asking for donations to a good cause this morning.

Students will be collecting money for the Homes for Our Troops organization, which helps ease injured troops back to civilian life, during the morning drop-off at the school, 97 Yawpo Ave.
3. The Wyckoff Family YMCA presents an exhibit of artwork inspired by the township.

Painter Lisa Miller's work is now on display at the Wyckoff Avenue facility. A Wyckoff native and Ramapo High School graduate, Millers' December show features Wyckoff scenes, sparked by the closing of Russell Farms.
4. The Wyckoff Lions Club continues its Christmas tree sale.
Check out the offerings at the lot across from Boulder Run from 5 to 9 p.m.
5. Multiple local locations are serving as drop-off points for the Toys for Tots initiative.
New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at the , 691 Wyckoff Ave.; In the Swing, 145 Hopper Ave., Waldwick; and the three township fire houses: Company 1, Scott Plaza; Company 2, 180 Wyckoff Ave; and Company 3, 428 Sicomac Ave.
