NJ's First Graze Craze Charcuterie Store Opens In Bergen County
Why cook every meal when you can graze? The chain Graze Craze Charcuterie opened last week in Bergen County (and not at the mall).

RAMSEY, NJ — A local family has opened the first New Jersey location of the rapidly expanding charcuterie concept Graze Craze. Their store opened last Monday in Ramsey.
Dragan Stojkovski and his family are excited to offer "beautiful grazing boards for special gatherings and everyday celebrations," an announcement said.
The concept behind Graze Craze is simple — you get beautifully arranged sweet and savory snacks and foods on a board or in a box.

The shop uses "highly trained experts known as Grazologists" to design charcuterie arrangements featuring fine ingredients perfect for grazing, like fresh fruits and vegetables, premium meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts, house-made jams, and more.
The concept is part of Big Flavor Brands, the food service division of Starpoint Brands, part of United Franchise Group.

Dragan Stojkovski is running the store with his wife, Vesna, along with the support of their sons, Martin and David, and Dragan’s mother.
Dragan is a native of Macedonia who attended college in the U.S. and is switching careers from banking to run the store.
The new store is conveniently located in a popular shopping and dining area, East Main street.
“I’m excited to bring Graze Craze to Ramsey so residents and visitors can enjoy this unique concept that’s perfect for busy families who want a quick but delicious and hearty meal,” said Stojkovski. “We make everything in-house, with nothing premade, so our grazing boards are always fresh and full of flavor.”
One popular board is the Gone Grazey, which the store says is "perfectly balanced to provide a bit of everything – a mix of cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts and more."
The Vegegrazian has a medley of fresh fruits and vegetables.
The selections come in all sizes, from Char-Cutie-Cups and picnic boxes to large boards with enough fresh food to feed a party or work meeting. They can also be gifted.
“As a New Jersey native, it’s exceptionally exciting to see our footprint expand into the Garden State,” said Cory Hibbard, president of Graze Craze. “We look forward to being a part of Dragan’s
journey in offering fresh charcuterie to the Ramsey area.”
