Toll Brothers' Attorney Says They Will Not Provide Nature Preserve Path for Tenants
"This is the first time I'm hearing you won't put in a path," Mayor Frank Bivona said at the March 4 meeting.

The Toll Brothers said they will not be installing a path to the nature preserve for its tenants during the March 4 Planning Board meeting.
“This is the first time I’m hearing you won’t put in a path,” Mayor Frank Bivona said after the Toll Brothers’ attorney Richard Hoff said they won’t provide a passage for tenants, according to NorthJersey.com.
This comes as the Toll Brothers, who want to build 275 residential units on the High Mountain Golf Club, and the Planning Board have gone back and forth as to who is responsible for installing a path that would provide access to the nature preserve.
