Unlicensed Wyckoff Teen Crashes, Issued Careless Driving Summons
A juvenile who was driving without a license was involved in a three-vehicle crash and subsequently issued summonses.
WYCKOFF, NJ — A 16-year-old Wyckoff juvenile who was found to be driving without a license was involved in a three-vehicle crash Saturday in Glen Rock, Glen Rock Police Chief Dean Ackermann said.
The juvenile, while operating a 2020 Jeep, turned across the path of an oncoming vehicle traveling northbound on Maple Avenue. Both vehicles then collided with a third vehicle, which was stopped at the stop sign on Park Avenue at Maple Avenue, Ackermann said.
The teenager was issued summonses for being an unlicensed driver and careless driving, and was released to his mother on scene, police said. A New York resident was also issued a summons for allowing the teenager to drive their vehicle.

No injuries were reported, and Glen Rock firefighters also responded to the scene for a related fluid spill.
