Volunteers Wanted For Wyckoff Historic Preservation Commission
The commission will prepare a survey of local landmarks, make recommendations on the Master Plan, and advise the land use boards.
WYCKOFF, NJ — Volunteers are needed to serve on the township's new Historic Preservation Commission.
The nine-member commission will work to safeguard Wyckoff's heritage and cultural history. The group will consider local properties for historic designation and protection. The locations could be the site of a historic event or represent work done by a particular individual.
The commission will also prepare a survey of historic landmarks in town. Wyckoff has 15 sites on the National Register of Historic Places, including the Reformed Dutch Church of Wyckoff on Wyckoff Avenue and the Terhune House and Van Gelder House, both on Godwin Avenue.

Applications are available online or at the township clerk's office at town hall at 340 Franklin Ave.
