Wyckoff, Franklin Lakes Public Schools to Have Delayed Opening Monday
The delayed openings come after the National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory for freezing rain, sleet and snow.

Wyckoff Public Schools and Franklin Lakes Public Schools will each follow a 90-minute delayed opening schedule on Monday, Feb. 9 due to “weather conditions and icing” after the National Weather Service issued a ” Winter Weather Advisory” for freezing rain, sleet and snow that’s in effect from Monday at 6 a.m. to Tuesday at 6 a.m.
All K-8 Wyckoff students should report to their bus stops and/or schools 90 minutes after their usual reporting time, according to Superintendent Richard Kuder. Eisenhower will start at 9:30 a.m. and the elementary will start at 10:20 a.m. Morning PreK should report at 10:20 a.m. and the afternoon session should report at its regular time.
Franklin Lakes students in grades 6-8 will start at 9:35 a.m., while grades K-5 will start at 10:20 a.m.

A wintry hazardous mix of ice and some snow is expected to hit the northern Mid Atlantic states - such as New Jersey and Pennsylvania - through Monday night.
The worst could happen at 10 p.m. Monday, where almost the entire state is expected to either have snow or some wintry mix.
