Wyckoff Y Celebrates Bright Future at Youth Character Awards
Thirteen youths ages 12-14 were recognized as exemplary members of the "Y" family through their outstanding participation in programs.
The Wyckoff Family YMCA presented its second annual Youth Character Awards on Sunday, where 13 young adults ages 12-14 were recognized as exemplary members of the “Y” family through their outstanding participation in Teen Leaders, the performing arts, sports, or the Sharks swim team.
The Y Dance Team and Y Arts Youth Theatre performed at the event along with vocalist, Claire Kwon, who is also a past honoree.

The awards are dedicated in honor of local resident, Terry Battaglia, whose vision inspired the Y’s event.
