Babylon Coldwell Banker Associates Given Honors

Babylon Village's Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office announced five of its associates were given honors at the company's 2012 Awards Ceremony in Westbury.

"These associates have demonstrated exceptional service and valuable assistance to their clients and customers," said Rich Halloran, branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Babylon Office.

The following associates were honored during the ceremony:

• Larry Barasch – Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society (awarded to associates who rank in the top 9% of the 82,200 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide); and Babylon Office Top Associate in Buyer Controlled Units and Total Units
• Cheryl Messina – Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society (awarded to associates who rank in the top 14% of the 82,200 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide)
• June Tourin – Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society (awarded to associates who rank in the top 14% of the 82,200 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide)
• Maureen Stoll – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Top 10% Club (awarded to associates ranked in the top 10% of the more than 700 CBRB agents on Long Island and Queens)
• Joe Perrone – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Top 10% Club (awarded to associates ranked in the top 10% of the more than 700 CBRB agents on Long Island and Queens); Babylon Office Top Associate in Listing Sold Units
