You'd be freaked out, too, if you spent seven days living inside Netflix's latest thriller, "The Watcher."

BROOKLYN, NY — A "freaked out" young hawk got an involuntary sneak peek at Netflix's latest thriller this week when it became trapped inside the company's Brooklyn studios.

The bird — named "Watcher" after the series being filmed at the space— was rescued after spending seven days in the production studio, which opened in Bushwick earlier this year, according to the Wild Bird Fund.

"Understandably freaked out, this juvenile was finally caught and brought to us by a bird removal company that lured the hawk using a pet store rat," the organization wrote on Thursday.

The Cooper's hawk, who is under a year old, was rescued from the studio by bird removal company Meridian, who brought the bird and the rat (who is alive and has been adopted!) to the Wild Bird Fund, staff told Patch.

Netflix did not respond to a request for more details.

Despite his time in the studio, the bird was "alert and aggressive" when brought to the rehabilitation center.

"A few days of supportive care should be all this kid requires," WBF said.

Even before finding itself in the studio, the hawk was already a long way from home, staff said. The bird was banded in Maryland, meaning it migrated from there to New York City.

"The hawk is thin and a little dehydrated but otherwise fine," WBF's Catherine Quayle told Patch. "We hope for a quick release."
