Bellmore Church Raises More Than $1,000 for Congregation in Cuba

Bellmore Presbyterian Church recently raised $1,538 for its sister congregation in Cuba, San Nicolas Church. The money was raised by the church's Vacation Bible School.

In addition to raising money, the church collected more than 350 items for the Long Island Council of Churches.

More than 100 children were part of the Bible School and helped raise funds for the needy in Cuba.
