Bellmore School District approved the school district’s $33.58 million budget by a margin of 583-167 votes.
The budget includes a 1.01 percent increase in spending over the current year and carries a 2.27 percent tax levy increase.
Incumbents Marion Blane and Brian Desmond were also elected to the Board of Education after running unopposed.
