2 Killed After Separate Crashes In Brooklyn: NYPD
The first incident happened in Sheepshead Bay.

BROOKLYN, NY — Two people were killed in separate crashes in Brooklyn on Tuesday, police said.
The first incident happened on the Belt Parkway near the Knapp Street exit in Sheepshead Bay around 12:30 a.m., police said.
A 22-year-old man was driving in a 2019 Lexus when he lost control and flipped over his car with three other passengers inside.

The driver was ejected from the vehicle as a result of the crash.
The 22-year-old was taken to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

The three passengers were also taken to the hospital for their injuries.
The second incident happened around 4 a.m. at the intersection of Strauss Street and Pitkin Avenue, police said.
A 29-year-old man was traveling on a 2009 Suzuki motorcycle operated by a 29-year-old male when he collided with a 2018 Ford Fusion. The 29-year-old was ejected from the vehicle onto the roadway.
The motorcyclist was taken to One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The 29-year-old has since been identified as Albert Brunn.
An investigation remains ongoing.
