BROOKLYN, NY - A Brooklyn man has been charged in the deaths of two men found dead inside a burning home in the borough Sunday evening, authorities said.

Alex Alive, 33, of Bath Beach, was charged with murder in connection with the scene at 159 Bay 29 St., police said.

Officers responded to the home about 6:47 p.m., where two unidentified men were found unconscious and unresponsive on the second floor, police said. Medics pronounced the men dead at the scene.

The Fire Marshall is set to determine the cause of the fire. The investigation remains ongoing.
