2 MTA Employees Arrested In BK On Reckless Driving, DWI Charges
The employees were arrested in East Flatbush and Bushwick, respectively, police said.

BROOKLYN, NY - Two MTA employees were arrested over the weekend on reckless driving and DWI charges, respectively, authorities said.
Pedro Nunez-Delacruz, 43, an NYPD auxiliary police officer, was charged in the 83rd Precinct in Bushwick about 4:41 a.m. Saturday with driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a breath test, police said.
Holton Marcus, 31, was charged in the 67th Precinct (which comprises East Flatbush and Remsen Village) with reckless endangerment, reckless driving and driving without a front license plate on Sunday about 5 p.m., police said.

Marcus was not charged with driving under the influences of substances, police sources said when asked about the potential involvement of drugs or alcohol. Additional details about the arrest were not immediately made available.
A request for comment from the MTA regarding Marcus' employment status and job title was not returned.
