Bill & Hillary Clinton Donate To Support Jacob Priley After BK Crash
The local political heavyweight continues to fight for his life after he was hit by a car while riding his bike in Park Slope.

PARK SLOPE, NY — Bill and Hillary Clinton donated $10,000 to a GoFundMe campaign for Jacob Priley, a beloved public relations specialist who was knocked off his bike in a Park Slope crash last week.
The donation comes as the 30-year-old continues to fight for his life, according to a representative of his family.
Priley worked on Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign from 2015-2017 and for the Clinton Foundation from 2017-2019, according to his LinkedIn.

A crash knocked Priley off his bike on Fifth Avenue near Union Street about 7:30 p.m. Friday, police said.
Priley was biking northbound on Fifth Avenue and, on a green light, made an "abrupt left turn" onto Union Street — colliding with an SUV traveling southbound on Fifth Avenue, according to the NYPD.
Both Priley and the oncoming SUV had green lights, police said. Police had made no arrests days after the crash.
"Those lucky enough to know Jacob already know what a wonderful friend and colleague he is. But more importantly, he's an all-around amazing person," said Burton Phillips of the state Indigent Legal Services office in a tweet.
