Suspected Killer Fatally Shot By Cops After BK Slaying: Police, Report
Police on Wednesday shot the suspected killer in a Flatbush Gardens double homicide, according to reports and police.

FLATBUSH GARDENS, NY — The suspected killer in a double homicide in Flatbush Gardens Sunday was fatally shot by cops Wednesday, according to the New York Daily News and NYPD.
Police pulled over Jason Pass, 47, Wednesday morning in Bath Beach — a day after they had identified the man as a key suspect in Sunday's double killing in Flatbush Gardens.
Pass came out of his car with a knife and was shot by officers, landing him in a nearby hospital where he died hours after, according to the NYPD and Daily News.

Pass stands accused of fatally shooting Bladimy Mathurin, 47, and his stepson Chin Wai Mode, 27, who lived above Pass's mother, according to police and the Daily News.
Both men were pronounced dead on the scene at their apartment on Brooklyn Avenue between Foster Avenue and Farragut Road, police said.

Police shared a surveillance video showing Pass, who regularly stayed with his mother, coming upstairs and yelling.
Pass had come up to complain about noise in the upstairs apartment, as he had many times before, and Mathurin seemingly pulled a pair of scissors on the man, a longer video obtained by the Daily News shows. Then Pass pulls out a gun.
