BK Man Charged In Daytime Gunpoint Robbery: NYPD
A 25-year-old Brooklyn man was charged Friday in a daytime gunpoint robbery targeting another man in the borough, authorities said.

BROOKLYN, NY - A 25-year-old Brooklyn man was charged Friday in a daytime gunpoint robbery targeting another man in the borough last month, authorities said.
Jamil Rivera, 25, of East New York, was charged with robbery and criminal possession of stolen property in connection with the Feb. 18 robbery of a 27-year-old man near Hegeman Avenue and Barbey Street in the neighborhood, police said.
Rivera and another man reportedly threatened the victim with a gun and took his motorized scooter and cell phone about 4:45 p.m., police said. The assailants then fled on two scooters westbound on Hegeman Avenue.
