Brooklyn Double Slaying Leads Police To Suspect: Report
Two men were fatally shot in Flatbush Gardens Sunday, and police suspect their neighbor was the killer, according to the Daily News.

BROOKLYN, NY — Two days after a father and stepson were fatally shot in a Brooklyn apartment, police narrowed in on a suspect, according to the New York Daily News.
Chin Wai Mode, 27, and Bladimy Mathurin, 47, were found shot in the hallway of their apartment on Brooklyn Avenue between Farragut Road and Foster Avenue Sunday about 10:40 p.m., according to the NYPD.
Both men — shot in the head and torso — were pronounced dead on the scene.

Police on Tuesday told the Daily News they suspected the men's neighbor was the killer — and that the slaying could have been related to noise complaints.
The suspected killer lived in the apartment below and had always complained about the noise, according to the Daily News.

Someone from the building had made multiple 311 calls over the last year regarding noise from the apartment above, the Daily News reported.
An NYPD spokesperson could not confirm the suspect details to Patch.
The suspect's sister told the Daily News her brother was acting in "self defense" after chronic issues with the neighbor.
